The building is composed of two Towers:

 

• Tower 1 (Parking & Residential)

• Tower 2 (Commercial & Corporate)

 

The Commercial section is located at the corner overlooking the two streets while the residential section is located in the back segregated area.

There are two parking floors below entrance Level for the office tower to access directly the Offices with elevators. 

 

The ground floor has separate entrances for the Commercial,Residential & parking zones.
